Cooked Doctor’s Beef sausage of the highest grade, with a meat content of 82%, is made from selected beef (51%) and selected chicken meat (31%), with the addition of natural spices in accordance with the requirements of GOST, according to which the product belongs to the highest grade. The sausage has a characteristic meaty taste with creamy notes, a uniform dense texture, and is easy to cut into beautiful slices of the desired thickness, strips or cubes. Suitable for making traditional Olivier salad, okroshka, homemade baked goods or sandwiches for breakfast. REZEKNE MEAT-PROCESSING PLANT was founded in 2001 in Rezekne, Latvia.
